The Finance Manager will have a direct reporting relationship to the SrHe/she will be responsible for a portion of our operations in senior living, a very high growth region, and will act as the financial liaison for our clients and operational leadershipThe Manager will be expected to analyze and project all aspects of Morrison Living's financial performance at the business unit level, including preparing monthly analyses of actual results vs. plan, providing on-going budgeting and forecasting support, and assisting in ad-hoc analytics upon request from our clients or operational leadership, among other thingsThis role will have high visibility and the ability to travel and visit clients as needed is requiredCollaborate with the President and Vice Presidents of Operations on all financial aspects of the business to help strengthen current business in the regionAssist field operations and team of Financial Analysts with monthly financial results and reportingDevelop facility level budgets and forecasts on both the Morrison Living and Client sideLearn and understand client contracts to apply them to financial outcomes and opportunitiesPrepare monthly reports and related analytics for Morrison Living and ClientPrepare/review financial tracking tools used at the facilities to align with contractual requirementsProvide on-site financial support as needed
