With the exponential increase in legislation that impacts consumer electronics and computer peripherals companies are having to make significant changes in how they develop, build, package, recycle, and reuse in order to remain competitive in the marketplace. My job is to make sure Lexmark makes the best business decisions when it comes to compliance with current and future legislation in every geography.

People ask me all the time what I do. I simply refer them to Abby of NCIS. I solve material mysteries for Lexmark and its customers. Using over a million dollars worth of instrumentation in the Thermal Analysis Lab like DMA, DSC, TGA, TMA, Truspec Micro, Sysmex FPIA3000, and Coulter Counter I provide answers to questions concerning field failures, development, and manufacturing problems. Up until 2016 I also lead a team of people to support fuser and transfer development in material selection and analysis in order to help develop the most cost effective and robust fusing and transfer systems for Lexmark printers. I remain the primary interface with both fuser and transfer development, but now the team is just me.

Planted a non-denominational Church in Georgetown, KY that will seek to share the gospel, intentionally make disciples, submit to the authority of the Bible, and have fun doing it. We want the lost to be found and the found to learn to love and serve God and their neighbors better every day.Responsibilities include preaching, teaching, system and process development, volunteer training, biblical counselling, web development and maintenance, social media development and maintenance, budgeting, facilities management, marketing, strategy development, problem solving, staff and volunteer development

I communicate with outside missions and helped plan financial and physical support. I train volunteers for our Benevolence Program, and have transformed that program from a relief based system to a development based assistance system. I support the other staff in connecting their ministries with those we support. I love to preach and teach whenever the opportunity is made available. This includes teaching students in Haiti through online means, preaching in Uganda or Georgetown, or teaching people how to best help without hurting those in need.

I was tasked with developing and launching the small group ministry. After launch I continued to train leaders, place members, and lead small groups. This included sourcing administrative tools, like online church management and children's check-in systems in order to manage the growth. When I transitioned out of this role there were 35 small groups that included over 300 people.

I took over a struggling youth ministry in a growing church. I played an instrumental role in developing a contemporary worship service that eventually became the largest attended worship service at the church. After serving with four different senior ministers in nine years it became clear that it was time to move on.
