Involved in managing the LTP (ITB and MB funding) programme, creation of the LTP Implementation Plan and developing the forward programme. Production of design mandates for schemes. Monitoring of various LTP indicators, including providing supporting analysis for the LSTF outcomes report for 2013/14 and 2014/15.Have developed funding bids and supporting documentation, including the Pothole Fund (plus gaining necessary approvals / quarterly monitoring reports),Use of Visography TRACC modelling for potential development areas and generating future forecast scenarios to assess the overall impact of these measures. This included assessments of the access to/from the HS2 site in Toton, and the Nottingam Express Transit (NET) Phase Two extensions. Have undertaken assessments of Travel Plans/Transport Assessments, with assessments of modelled flows and impact on the surrounding highway network.From December 2017 - December 2019 I was intergrated into the Highway Development Management team and undertook responses to planning applications and transport assessments.Liaison with various departments within the council, including Traffic and Safety, Asset Management, Public Transport and Planning regarding active schemes and scheme development.Passed PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner accredited course in June 2016.

Assisting in the development of Transport Strategy and Projects, Working on elements of the Mid-Mersey LSTF, technical support including GIS Mapping, ACCESSION Modelling and monitoring of transport related datasets. Have been involved in the production of business cases and applications for various funding streams, from the Department for Transport (DfT) and other sources. This has included Devolved Major Funding, Better Bus Area, Local and Strategic Pinch Point Programmes and ERDF.Have been involved in the development and monitoring of planning related documents, including Supplementary Planning Documents, provision of information towards the Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) and Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SLHAA), as well as the Sustainable Mode of Travel to Schools (SMOTS) documents.Involved in the production of policies relating to the Local Transport Plan (LTP) including the Active Travel Strategy for Merseyside, and developing projects to meet these policies.Have conducted assessments and supplied information for Pedestrian Auditing of footways and public realm within local retail centres, and have adapted to include assessments for Cycling.Travel Plan assessing and production of transport information for development sites and businesses, and provides support for Highways Development Control (in the past have been more involved in this side of work, assessing planning applications from a Highway perspective).Liaison with other Council Departments, in particular with Highway Engineers, and external bodies such as Merseytravel. Sit on the Merseyside Active Travel Group as a representative (previously Chair for two years).

Temporary Summer Post during summer after first year at University. Included Purchase Ledger, sorting out post and invoice data entry, along with general office and filling.

Part Time/Weekend job when undertaking A-levels. Kitchen duties included food preparation (lots of sandwiches!), dishwashing and cleaning.On front of house this included table clearing, till work, serving of drinks, food and ice creams.Training given included Food Training and COSHH training regarding handling of chemicals
