After a career with companies of all sizes, from start up to publicly traded, I have taken my entrepreneurial nature into the world of consulting and strategic innovation management. Drawing upon my past experience and skills, I developed a new culture of collaboration and innovation within the division management team. Operations were improved through the use of newer technology and repeatable program development. New processing systems were put into place that dramatically improved through put and increased the daily production of reporting and fulfillment. Through these changes we successfully implemented new operational structure and a stronger management team. The division became profitable within 10 months. Addition innovation came as we created a new company, Direct Impact Digital - to better address the needs of our B-2-B marketing solutions team. Developed quality control systems and enhanced workflow. Created a new fulfillment program and software to handle the needs of the hedgefund clients. Increased business revenues 500% in four years and increase net margin to 22%. This work continued to grow through innovation and the teams efforts. GCom2 was acquired by one of our largest competitors, Bowne Company in 2008. 2002 - 2003: Responsible for sales and marketing strategy for the GCom2 software solution.
