Current• Reporting to the managing director• Developing ideas and driving initiatives across the business• Implemented and coordinated a CRM platform XtemePush within the business where I created and managed campaigns from new business to the renewal book• Attending daily meetings to review previous days performance and come up with a plan for the coming day.• Analysing underperforming areas and implementing changes to help improve them.• Working closely with the sales and renewals teams to achieve sales and retention targets• Managing the website along with the developers, advising what changes need to be made to help improve online journeys and working with compliance to get the changes signed off.• Hosting Bi-weekly Data/MI/Tech meeting to see what can be implemented to help improve the business performance and streamline processes.• Supervised the roll out of a new add on product.• Supervised in the roll out of a new travel product for the business.• Attending weekly marketing meetings to look at the marketing performance and CRM performance, Looking at enquiry volume, PPC and results from previous week.• Working closely with the marketing team to come up with new ideas to help drive campaigns and leads into the sales teams as well as trying to improve our online performance to help achieve sales targets• Analysing enquiries daily, monthly and year on year to look at how the business is performing through excel reports and Power BI.• Attending weekly operations meetings to look at how the business is performing as a
