Oversee Xerox Project Based worksites for conformance to Conduent Safety Plan & Program and Site Specific Work Plans (SSWP). Provide coaching and mentoring to 2 direct reports – Safety Specialists, with coordination of work schedules for multiple worksites.•Review and approve SSWP ensuring compliance with the Safety Plan. Oversee and coordination all Safety Programs for Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County. Develop and update Safety Programs to ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. Develop and conduct OSHA required training, Safety Training Programs, First Aid, Lockout/Tag out, Emergency Evacuation, Fire Extinguisher Use, Hazard Communications, Proper Lifting Techniques, Forklift Training and overall injury prevention. •Ensure all necessary warning signs are posted at all retail locations and monitor the effectiveness of safety equipment (i.e. respirators, fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, defibrillators, etc.) Create and/or update Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and ensure that MSDS exist for all chemicals use.
