Oversee and coordination all Safety Programs for Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County. Develop and update Safety Programs to ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. Establish and direct the claims management of workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and professional liability, while overseeing the development and implementation of all safety policies, procedures and safety manuals Member of the Leadership and Quality Teams.•Lead incident/injury investigations with written interviews and observations to ensure timely reporting.
