Advanced knowledge and status as an industry expert in the areas of Physical Security. Represent SONGS as an industry expert at International Security Conferences and consulted by other nuclear power plants on difficult/complex issues related to 10CFR73 physical security problems. Possess the ability to perform extensive technical analysis pertaining to design and maintenance problems associated with a variety of power plant equipment and systems. Project management leadership ability including the ability to supervise a group with a diverse mix of education and experience, set priorities, provide direction, analyze problems and develop solutions, coach and develop subordinates, and resolve conflict. Ability to create a safety conscious work environment that supports individuals raising safety issues and having a questioning attitude. Ability to interface with multiple work groups to ensure successful completion of work activities and projects.
