Create and maintain the entire RFP process, answering over 50 RFP’s each year. Implementation of the sales CRM tool used for forecasting and pipeline management. Control departmental profit/losses, and overall expenditures while enforcing compliance with goals and standards. Spearheaded competitive market analysis, marketing/strategic planning, and production tracking focused on maintaining superior organizational performance.
