I am responsible for administration of a network based examination software package for the nursing department. My responsibilities also include hardware and software support for faculty and staff computers, printers and other office machines. I maintain the nursing department’s student and faculty databases.

Orlando, Florida Area

My responsibilities included software and hardware support of 80 workstations, network printers and other office machines including installation of new machines, maintenance and repair or existing machines. I was responsible for building queries and writing reports for the office staff as well as the director and provost. I managed the computer support for on campus events sponsored by the office. I am experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft FoxPro and Microsoft Visual FoxPro, Microsoft Windows Operating System, Crystal Reports and PeopleSoft.

My responsibilities included the receiving and distribution of an annual multi-million dollar inventory for the Clemson University Microcomputer Center. Technical consulting in IBM and Macintosh hardware and software for faculty, staff and students. MVS Mainframe and Digital VAX support through the Computer Center Help Desk. Additional responsibilities included the management of the departmental computer rental program. Programming experience includes Claris FileMaker Pro, Microsoft Access and Microsoft FoxPro and Microsoft Visual FoxPro.
