This plant is capable of processing a ton of e-waste per run and utilises a combination of hydro and bio metallurgical processes. The R&D team works to further optimise this process and to examine new potential feedstocks for which Mint's technology could be applied. This involves providing support to the engineering team, technical expertise to the business development team, and managing relationships with scientific collaborators.
