I am an Experienced software technical support professional with 7 years of working in the computer software industry. I have a strong background in Information Technology with certifications from Coursera. I also have certifications from Udemy in Web Development and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) focused in Anthropology and Cultural Studies from Kennesaw State University in Georgia. I am new to web development. I have completed the Colt Steel web boot camp on Udemy. I am familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Currently I work in software support at Ormandy software, where I help support an SAAS for the repair, installation, and manufacturing industries. For the last 7 years I have trained customers in the software, processed daily service requests, worked on trade show preparation, and assisted with general office operations..
