Experienced Director and Supervisor with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceuticals industry. Established, developed, launched and continues to manage and optimize a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) along with a Quality Risk Management System (QRMS) to aid in Oversight of clinical trials. Recently became system owner of IRT vendors in clinical trials. In addition, compiles historical data in order to develop and implement new metrics that enhance overall Clinical Operation efficiencies across all ongoing clinical trials. Previous experiences as a Clinical Research Associate and a Clinical Trial Manager, involved with in-house and CRO teams on international trials, has provided me with a deep understanding of how a clinical trial functions. Those experiences, along with a propensity for data analytics, allows me to develop and deploy specific clinical trial metrics based on the parameters of an individual clinical study. Those metrics, in conjunction with the implementation of Risk Assessment Plans, allows the Oversight group to systematically assess, track, mitigate and document risks through the life cycle of clinical trials, and ensures compliance with new ICH E6 R2 regulations.
