I retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of serivce. I started my career as an electronics technician on Air Traffic Control radar systems. I trained as a front-line supervisor in 2007, became a work center supervisor in 2012, and a section manager of two work centers in 2014. Over the final 6 years, I have served as a First Sergeant and principal advisor to seven commanders who were responsible for 1,300 military and civilian personnel.I have honed my leadership, management, and public speaking skillset. I am trained in Continuous Process Improvement, problem solving, conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, and intercultural competencies. I have obtained two associates degrees and a bachelor's degree in Engineering Management Technologies.
