I was responsible for the EAM maintenance surface team. In this position I supervise fifteen team members providing direction, motivation and leadership support. I am also responsible for risk management regarding the implementation, design and structure of the Enterprise Asset Management system. One of my appointments is to provide site-wide execution (surface) training of the EAM system. I demonstrate the use of Best Practices in EAM as deadline production targets/project goals must be met while ensuring funding comes in at or below budget costs. Developing methods and strategies that improve efficiency in operations reduce operating costs and improve reliability.
