Served my apprenticeship with a shopfitting company for three years. I worked with various joinery companies over seven years before joining Apex Property Care in October 1985 as a joiner then after five years took the step to train as a surveyor. I went to Buckinghamshire College in 1991, then had on the job training.I sat exams between 1992 and 1996 and passed both CTIS and CSRT exams. Been with the Company for nearly 32 years!I survey all types of properties for damp,condensation,wet/dry rot as well as fire and flood repairs, forming reports and carrying out the works using our own tradespeople. We cover the Lothians, Fife, Scottish Borders,Glasgow,Perthshire and Tayside.
