I was responsible for the technical and strategic road map of the in-house online booking tools. I was also brought in to this role to develop the foundations of a PMO within the company.I implemented new processes to manage development requests and bug resolution. I managed and maintained the product backlog to ensure our core issues were prioritised with the development team in Australia. I managed the test teams and internal communication process during software deployments. I also developed a change management process with the Head of IT Support and provided the framework to manage successful projects in other areas of the Business.

In this rapidly expanding global business, I was lead Project Manager on numerous projects. The Business Analysis team worked with me to ensure requirements were gathered from all areas of the business. I was responsible for all supporting project documentation including project plans, project mandates, design documents, RAIDD logs, project finance tracking and stage reviews. I would also provide reports and updates to senior management.I managed a variety of large and medium sized projects including software upgrades, new system roll outs to 1000+ users, mobile estate refresh and the deployment of a new cloud based telephony system to 2,500 users across 120 sites in 7 European countries.

In this role I was assistant team leader for a very productive IT Service Desk and acted as an ambassador for the IT Department by visiting our end users across the country and offering on site assistance and training. I also improved the incident and task management process to reduce SLA breaches by 25%, reduced call volumes by 10% with the on-site training and development programme, conducted monthly meetings to guide, motivate and align the team with departmental strategy and developed a programme that ensured effective training for new team members.
