Regulatory Compliance Experience-Represent major Asian and European motor-vehicle equipment manufacturers on National Highway Traffic Safety Administration matters, including regulatory compliance, recalls, inconsequentiality petitions, audit inquiries, and enforcement proceedings. -Assist European product manufacturers with Consumer Product Safety Commission recalls and compliance matters. -Advise on California's Proposition 65 compliance. Insurance Experience-Analyze coverage and provided coverage opinions involving cyber security, commercial property, D&O, E&O, PL, and CGL policies.-Litigate coverage matters concerning long-tail injury claims (e.g., toxic tort, environmental pollution, concussion/traumatic-brain injury, property damage).-Negotiate settlements, including policy buy backs and coverage-in-place agreements.
