As well as responsibilities as a VT Guarantee , as a Senior VT Guarantee I oversaw the day to day running of the VT Department. This involved:- Training and Managing new starters to the VT Team - Organising the preparation of OB Trucks by members of the VT Department using Excel and Microsoft Planner- Managing Tapeless Deliveries - Assisting in scheduling the VT Department - Learning new technologies to assist in making the move to IP and UHD HDR- Attending client meetings to assist in the planning of jobsI lead the configuration and deployment of the VT aspect of Cloudbass’ truck OB9 - a UHD HDR capable IP truck. Designing multiple multiviewer configs for operators, APs and VT Coords for different genres and sports. Creating EVS Panel Layouts, Cerebrum forms, categories and macros using cerebrum designer. Building the base config and notes on how to use the truck.I lead the redesign of Cloudbass’ NET 5 which was used as a NBC Addon Truck for the Premier League. Converting a 4-camera addon Sprinter Van with a Blackmagic Router and Yamaha O1V to 12 Camera UHD capable OB Van equipped with a Ross Ultrix and Carbonite, Behringer x32s, ViBox 16 or 2x XT3 8 Channels. With options to be used in standalone mode, a quick deployment with its matching Gallery Truck for Production heavy jobs, Remoting Production to Cloudbass Scottish Hub or as a Pres addon truck.
