Project manage site operations ensuring timely project deliveries, consistently within budget.- Main duties• Managing site activities ensuring compliance to health and safety regulations• Preparing weekly / monthly programmes to ensure ongoing works remain on schedule• Ensuring revisions are issued to relevant trades accordingly and on time• Liaising with sub-contractors and chairing meetings with clients, updating on progress• Performing quality control checks and resolving site issues proactively• Enforcing rigorous quality control throughout all aspects of build to maximise build quality and reduce remedial actions and associated costs• Coordinating deliveries in line with current programme

Supervised site activities on the construction of a new 10 million leisure centre.- Main duties• Ensuring site conditions are maintained to extremely high standards• Facilitating sub-contractor site inductions, highlighting need for strict compliance to health & safety • Chairing meetings and reporting on progress• Performing quality control checks to minimise any potential post completion remedial issues• Preparing weekly/monthly reports in accordance with company policy• Adhering to strict procedures in relation to site, scaffold and plant inspections
