Contract Job:• Responsible for communicating to all prospective clients and coordinating initial client meetings. • Develop innovative strategies to attract more clients through social media.• Keep and maintain an organized and friendly office environment. • Oversee clients and support staff. Attentively address and resolve needs, as they arise.• Develop systematic processes and procedures for the administrative staff onsite. Apply and teach these to new staff when opening new locations of the business, nationwide.• Help create and implement high-end, pop-up, events at various locations (Coachella, Lululemon Fitness Launch Parties, Community Engagement Events, etc.)• Assist manager will all in-studio operation needs as well as reaching imposed studio sales goals.• Greet and check-in all clients. Prepare paperwork for new clients and give them a studio overview and introduction to other staff they will be interacting with.

San Diego

• Develop and maintain student recruitment and marketing plan.• Present and speak publicly to prospective groups on campus and off-site at community events.• Develop a comprehensive training program and serve as mentor for 80 student ambassadors.• Closely work with Registrar’s office & other depts. during registration to ensure accurate enrollment totals.
