Represented Akron Brass in the Competitiveness Challenge event for Northeastern Ohio.

Responsible for Truck and Bus line of tire molds. Had frequent interaction with OEM Engineering and Purchasing departments. Reported on a weekly basis to update management on product line status. Designed and improvement of machineshop fixturing, process improvement in machining methods, and design of sipes and rib mating to complete tread pattern in mold utilizing AutoCad.

Technical support, installation, service, and application training on CNC and manual machine tools. Installed Machining Centers, Lathes, Wire and Sinker EDM's, and Waterjet machine tools. Promoted our products and supported our sales staff answering questions at machine tool shows and during demonstrations for customers.

Set-up and machining on CNC equipment. Attended set-up reduction committee meetings and suggested various cost reduction methods.
