We are Nashville's only full service concrete cutting company with tools and skill in house to provide all facets of sawing and drilling. We build our trucks to provide you with all necessary power and water to run our high production equipment. We PTO drive generators, built and maintained in house, to eliminate the need for large trucks and trailers to be pulled and staged on your job site. We currently provide:-Core drilling from 1/2" diameter to 72" diameter holes-Manhole boots for core holes-Electric Slab Sawing to 27" in depth-Diesel Slab Sawing to 32" in depth ranging from 50hp to 110hp saws-Track Sawing to 36" in depth with various styles of saws from Hilti, Pentruder, Husqvarna, DTI, Longyear, and Hydrostress-Wire Sawing to unlimited depths with WS25 saws, Diamond Products saws and Hilti Wire Saws-Hand Sawing to depths up to 12" deep-Chainsawing to depths up to 30" deep-Curb Sawing for barrier walls, approaches and driveways-BROKK demolition with various machines-Bobcat and SHERPA removal with buckets, hammers, crushers and drum rollers-Diamond Grinding and Polishing with machines ranging from handheld to 32" wide Remote Control machines-Bush Hammering to remove heavy coatings and damaged floorsI also provide instruction to the Coring and Cutting Groups Advanced Operator Training program biannually where we provide instruction to employees represented by the Coring and Cutting Group. Partnering with Diamond Tool and Equipment manufacturers, we provide insight regarding proper tool operation, proper anchor selection, safe working procedures, OSHA 30 training and instructing the traits of a good operator.
