Serving as Chief Administrative Officer at the campus and ensuring that course content and instruction methods are in accordance with established school policy and I will be directly responsible for the normal operation of all aspects of the school. I am also responsible to affirm that day to day operations are according to ACCSC standards of Accreditation and are in compliance with all federal, state and local government regulations. Furthermore, I will ensure all business functions of school and coordinate the same with corporate headquarters. I will also serve as administrative supervisor to all personnel assigned to the Sunbury School.

Under the supervision of the company president, I was responsible for the successful and efficient operations of the school. This includes all facets of operation: cash collection and management, personnel and facility management, community involvement, delivery of educational and placement services, adherence with appropriate state and federal guidelines, and creation of a stable, efficient and professional organization. I am a member of the Management Committee, and therefore participates in the formulation of policy. I was responsible for the definition and implementation of effective procedures to accomplish policy, budgetary, and strategic objectives. With approval from the President, I was able to modify policy. I further was responsible for protecting and enhancing the schools image, it's quality of instruction, and the student's level of satisfaction. Hired, trained, and supervised staff. Development and adherence to budgetary goals. Ensuring all compliance with institutional, state, federal and accreditation policies.

Manages the Center's financial accounting systems in compliance with Company, Center, and Government requirements. Ensures systems, processes and deliverables are established and executed accurately and timely. Analyzes systems and data, using proper judgment and discretion, to resolve issues and problems. Ensures effective finance services are delivered to staff and students. Maintains and develops adequate controls to prevent and avoid fraud and abuse. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data. Ensures semi-monthly Public Voucher billings and all periodic financial reports comply with Company, Center, and Government requirements. Ensures payroll, accounts payable and all financial systems and processes fulfill their intended purposes. Monitors contract compliance with Center, Corporate and Governmental financial policies and procedures to ensure that costs are allowable and are properly allocated to cost centers. Accurately allocates expenditure of contract funds, analyzes and interprets accounting data, ensures timely reporting of the same.

The Director of Finance is responsible for the financial functions of the college and preparation of reports and statistics reflecting earnings, cash balances and other financial reports. In this position I would implement and maintain procedures to obtain the college’s financial objectives through effective use of financial aid resources and department personnel.Responsibilities •Recruits, interviews, and recommends candidates for department positions.•Manages direct reports, providing training when necessary.•Manages accounts receivables, prepares departmental reports, and recommends specific collection agency.•Manages administration of financial aid, as well as the administrative services system, and roster system.•Responsible for assisting the Director in preparing forecasts and budgets, as well as reporting deficiencies and exceptions to policy.
