My career began in brewing and distilling then electronics manufacturing. Experience of running call centres and software testing was followed by good times in healthcare and management consultancy. I have worked in the private and public sector as well as the Scottish Government.The common theme across all has been process redesign and application of LEAN, Six Sigma, quality management frameworks (Baldridge / EFQM etc) and risk / programme assurance frameworks.I am currently applying my LEAN Sigma skills with SSCLI am a Chartered Production Engineer and hold an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School.Strategic thinker – able to see through the clutter.
