Current1975 Yamaha DT100 bike barely running, not safe to ride, and looking beat up. Goal to fully restore entire bike with OEM parts to be in like-new original condition. Engine completely disassembled\reassembled with all new seals, o-rings, bearings. Ignition, carburetor, wheels, chain\sprockets and front suspension rebuilt. Sandblasted all painted components. In-process of painting and reassembling. 2018 TRS One Gold Edition bike used for competition and needing routine repairs. Changed oil, straightened skip-pan with a press, replaced cooling impeller seals and changed coolant, repaired front tube leak, changed rear tubeless tire, repaired stripped bolt with Heli-Coil, repacked grease in suspension linkage bearings, replaced and wired grips, serviced air filter, cleaned carburetor, replaced front brake pads.2009 Gas Gas 225 Racing Edition bike was too quick and powerful for the owner. Successfully downsized and refurbished the engine from 225 CCs to 125 CCs. Re-positioned bars and changed levers suitable for a teen rider.2010 Scorpa 250 bike was purchased with problems. Owner wanted it returned to good condition and properly set up. Replaced chain and sprockets, changed fork seals and oil, changed oil, cleaned and set up carburetor.2007 Sherco 290 bike was bought used and needing general maintenance. Service air filter and cleaned carburetor, changed plug, removed rust from exhaust, replaced protective plastics and grips, replaced rear tubeless tire, removed 2 clutch springs to make the level pull easier for Novice rider, replaced counter shaft sprocket.
