The Federal Building originally housed the US Postal Service as well as the District Courts for Oxford, MS. This $5 million dollar renovation included a new courtroom, secured inmate cells and supporting areas for the Marshall’s Service, a new sallyport.

Tuscaloosa, Alabama Area

I served as project Superintendent on the Federal Building Renovation in Tuscaloosa, AL. Renovations included the exterior demolition of precast and storefront window system. New precast concrete and windows were installed which gave the Federal Building a complete face-lift. Interior architectural modifications were made as well. Electrical and telephone.

Greater Memphis Area

I was the Superintendent for this $2 million project. The project consisted of large amounts of asbestos remediation, selective demolition, new TPO built up roofing, fire protection systems, new electrical systems, and mechanical systems.

Huntsville, Alabama Area

this $13 million Project consisted of the construction of a new 260ft precast concrete Air Traffic Control Tower, 12,000 sq/ft base building with Tracon and a 2,000 sq/ft generator building. This New facility included new control consoles, fully automated DDC system, surge suppression system, diesel electric generator systems, automatic fire sprinklers.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

This $12 million dollar renovation project is 80% complete and consists of the total renovation and addition to the administration wing, which houses administrative offices and supporting areas for the FAA.
