Admin Position:• Administered the Loaner Machine Program in providing a temporary MFD to a client and tracking devices.• Distributed incoming and outgoing of faxes, scanned to email and filing of client agreements.• Managed and handled service department, dispatching and scheduling technicians at client onsite for repairs or installation of MFD.• Distributed weekly payroll to office staff.• Installed and repaired copiers, printers and faxes.
