Robert Toy is a Senior Desktop Support Engineer. Colleagues describe them as "I’ve had the pleasure of working with Robert since he started at Sthree in the overall support function. Robert is someone who is customer focused and keen to learn new skills. He puts in his time and effort to do the best Job he possibly can. He will come up with ideas to improve or simplify the tasks at hand and is not shy sharing them. When I was working with him, he was the person furthest away from the main support team (in time zones) which meant he had to manage on his own a lot of the time which did not phase him at all. He is a very effective troubleshooter with a vast knowledge of IT-systems and a genuinely nice person. Anyone lucky enough to call Robert a colleague is very lucky indeed!"
