After devoting 5.5 years to implementing ABS software solutions and 24 years to operational and commercial activities, I seized the opportunity to transition into sales and account management. This shift heightened my engagement with industrial laundry owners, C-level executives, and senior management teams. Through attentive listening and relationship cultivation, I successfully expanded my territory by acquiring new clients and bolstering support for existing ones, introducing additional products and services as needed. My familiarity with the industrial laundry sector deepened through site visits to clients worldwide and establishing new connections in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the U.A.E, South Africa, Lebanon, and the U.K. Assuming responsibility for ABS marketing, I led a rebranding effort to align with contemporary trends and oversaw participation in industrial laundry exhibitions both domestically and internationally. Internally, I optimized the sales quotation process and implemented a new CRM system. My industry network flourished significantly, as I represented ABS at numerous laundry associations worldwide, contributing both professionally and personally.

After the ABS software was implemented at PHS, I found the project so fulfilling that I decided to join the team with the aim of advancing my career and broadening my expertise in industrial laundry by gaining exposure to such facilities worldwide. In this capacity, I effectively oversaw the integration of ABS's ERP application ABSSolute into numerous industrial laundries across various countries, including the USA, China, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Scandinavia.

After the acquisition of Shield Systems, I aided in transitioning customer operations to existing PHS laundry sites and then secured a role within the national operational management team overseeing all UK laundry sites. Over time, I advanced to become a commercial project manager and joined the executive team of the laundry division. My tenure at PHS provided invaluable experience in industrial laundry operations, including establishing new facilities, optimizing internal processes, acquiring companies, and overseeing organizational restructures.
