My history: I worked in the Construction industry for over 25 years and I regularly noticed how small, medium and sometimes even large volume construction companies turned their blind eye on Worker's Safety. On a number of occasions I found myself being only inches away from getting seriously injured due to other worker's incompetence and negligence. Something had to be done. How do you deal with that? I asked myself what I could do, to prevent this from happening again and again and I set out to achieve:1. To Improve Workplace safety by providing a platform that would allow all workers and visitors to do their regular mandatory training online.2.
