Lead a highly skilled and experienced consultant team that provides Information Technology Program and Project Management Support services to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Enterprise Services Division. Also, as a consultant, provide project management support for the Infrastructure Services Branch, which includes requirements analysis, proposal development, business and finance, and acquisition support.

Currently providing program and project management support for implementing the DISA Enterprise Platform as a Service. This is a key cloud computing initiative for DISA and the DOD. Served as project lead for numerous key projects including the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) migration project. Successfully led the migration of $50M annual services from a commercial service provider to a DISA computing center, on time and within budget. Also provided leadership and project support for high priority, high visibility projects such as the Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) Equivalence concept development (now known as Computing Service Provider Adequacy), and Military Health System (MHS) Business to Business gateway (B2B) project implementation. The DECC Equivalence project was instrumental in shaping and developing the Computing Services GIG definition and model and defining GIG compliance and data center standards. Much of this work has been adopted by OSD and has been incorporated into policy guidance for Commercial Data Centers providing support to the Department of Defense. The MHS B2B project provided mission critical communications support between commercial healthcare support providers and the DoD for the multi-billion dollar TRICARE next generation contracts.

Served as principal Information Technology advisor to the CEO. Also managed information technology customer support for corporate staff of 45. Guided corporate IT operations and coordinated across the highest levels in the Department of Navy for corporate-wide initiatives in legacy systems migration, Y2K planning and migration, new systems development, IM/IT workforce planning, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Information Operations, and Information Assurance. Teamed with senior IT leaders to develop corporate Information Technology vision, strategy, and requirements and directed operational and strategic planning for corporate Mission Critical Information Systems and their interfaces with Navy and Department of Defense Information Systems.

Directed operations and maintenance of a Naval Air Station employing 7000 personnel, 120 aircraft and annual budget of $47 million. Managed all key programs including Airfield Operations, Resources, Aviation Maintenance, IT Support, Supply, Public Relations, Personnel, Facilities, Human Relations, Quality, and Security
