Assist with the acquisition of new oil & gas properties by performing due-diligence, title work, curative lease analysis and other landman duties. Negotiates and settles any damages suffered by landowners during operations. Point of contact for royalty owners and handles duties related to owner relations as well as performing the duties of a division order analyst. Part of a team responsible for a successful exploratory drilling program in Louisiana. During 2015, as the lead landman, he successfully completed a four well drilling program in East Texas, two of which were horizontal wells. All four wells are producers and resulted in an increase in total unit production.

Performed landwork in numerous counties across east, north central and west Texas, as well as Kansas and Pennsylvania. Duties included:● Review, analyze and interpret title opinions and cure their associated requirements● Create full "Patent to Present" abstracts for all size tracts within a unit● Compose supplemental abstracts accurately tracking multiple interests ● Research and compile mineral ownership reports and leasehold ownership reports
