Plant Financial Manager for UTC-Carrier Indianapolis Manufacturing operations. Directed the operation of the cost and financial accounting functions of the plant. Developed groundbreaking metrics used to reconcile Lean journey undertaken in the Division with traditional financial operational reporting metrics.Led the UTC-Carrier Indianapolis Headquarters (including the Engineering and Indy Manufacturing operations) to initial ISO-9000 Certification. Became certified as ISO Lead Assessor and ISO 9000 Auditor Trainer. Served for two years as a Lean trainer/auditor for UTC Global. Travelled to five foreign operations and 5 domestic operations training leadership and hourly in Lean classroom and implementation techniques.At UTC-Pratt & Whitney, led the overhaul & repair operations development of ACE. ACE combines Lean and Six Sigma into a dynamic process that encourages continual improvement in an organization through progressively more aggressive evaluations of the organization's CPI standing.
