Supporting and leading modernization and transformation initiatives at divisional and enterprise levels. For example:• Developed and implemented tools to assess leadership talent; developed principles, strategies, and programs for deployment and development of leadership talent, building the Ministry’s leadership bench.•Key leader in the implementation of a strategic human resources consulting and advisory Branch servicing executives and managers of the 3,000-strong I&IT workforce. This pioneered a new model for the delivery of Human Resource services in the Ontario Public Service (OPS). •Key leadership role in developing and implementing the concept of a pool of IT specialists for deployment to projects across the OPS enterprise.•Led several initiatives to modernize the Ministry’s Corporate Services Division resulting in efficiencies, integrated vs separate services, faster decisions, better allocation of work, improved communications and a greener work environment.•Led the development of a multi-year Green Plan for the Ministry targeting emissions reduction. Set baseline, reduction targets and action plans for travel, print, facilities and waste, including e-waste.•Consulted to clients including ServiceOntario as they transformed and modernized their organizations. Interventions were wide-ranging and included conducting organization reviews; developing change management strategies and providing change/transition management skills to managers; team-building.

Nine-month officials exchange with NZ Housing Corporation produced efficiencies in delivery and costs of public housing.
