This role involved covering different branches across North Essex and South Suffolk and being able to deliver and communicate to Branch Managers and Staff the need for Bancassurance in helping the banks customers meet their needs and to have good diary fill to advise customers and achieve both personal and branches targets. Recommended to do Area FA role because of ability to fit in with everyone.

• Advising customers and making recommendations for Protection including Life, Critical Illness and Income Protection. • Advising customers and making recommendations for Retirement Planning including Personal Pensions, Stakeholder Pensions and Contracting in or out. • Advising customers and making recommendations for regular savings and capital investment with equity based investment products. • Making referrals to a Wealth Adviser - based on needs I am unable to help with as out of my scope of advice this included Pension transfers - Trusts - High net worth individuals. The advice was provided generally over two or more appointments: First meeting completing a detailed Fact Find – Preparing a Financial Report within companies’ framework and compliance – Second meeting presenting and completing all paperwork for clients.
