Wayne has developed, grown, and nurtured his career in Industrial Safety PPE and Supply Sales over the last 30 years with ASA Safety. Starting his career with the company as an accounting professional, later moving into warehouse management, and then as purchasing manager. As Wayne continued to work different roles in the company, he always had the added responsibility of managing different sales accounts at different levels. In 1997, three years into his career, Wayne then transitioned into account management at a greater scale focused on house accounts. Today, Wayne serves as Senior Executive Account Manager, with a solid stake in the company as a Managing Partner.
