- Supervised a staff of twelve Analysts and two Supervisors. Manage personnel and budget.-Developed and maintained all aspects of the Information Security program for the second largest district of the Federal Reserve System.- Managed the district Information Security function including: Computer User Information Security Awareness, Information Security Liaison program, User ID administration, quarterly access control certifications, compliance monitoring, risk management, consulting on IT projects, Network, Host and Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), application & environmental vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, monitoring vulnerability remediation, research & development of emerging threats and counter measures, distribution and remediation tracking for newly discovered security vulnerabilities, deployment and maintenance of the network information security infrastructure, computer incident response, forensic investigation, firewall policy, Anti-Virus, privileged user access control and monitoring, Two-factor authentication, Information Security vendor & consultant management. - Managed a national project to migrate 22,000 enterprise users from a condition of Administrative privilege as the logged in user to a workstation to a condition of Least Privilege (LUA) required to perform job functions. - Participated in the national effort to develop a standard vulnerability remediation policy and procedure, to include selection and deployment of a vendor tool for the enterprise. - Served as Information Security subject matter expert to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
