We teach about the processes that underlie our everyday interactions, including the different ways that each person experiences the world, prefers to be spoken to and is motivated into action, the ways in which we unconsciously engage in negative conflict instead of effective action and how to take that knowledge to use it to optimize every interaction. I am a former law firm partner and public company senior executive. In addition to being a certified Process Communication Model® Provider, I am one of only a handful of PCM Master Trainers in North America - certified to train and certify other PCM Providers. I created the PCM training courses for the legal profession and am certified to train the specialized PCM applications for educators. I also am a certified Leading Out of Drama® Provider and a co-creator and developer of The Compassion Mindset® leadership methodology.
