I have been responsible for creating a number of impactful skills based programmes, and developing motivated, effective delivery teams. My work at Creative & Cultural Skills saw me leading their National Skills Academy and previously I was at Arts Council England as a Senior Officer. I was the CEO at Link-Ed (education business partnership) and prior to that worked as Associate Director at the Theatre Royal Stratford East following a career as an actor, writer and director. I have been a speaker and panel chair on numerous occasions and written various articles on skills, arts and education matters. My work has taken me across Europe, and even as far afield as in Australia and China. Rob is currently also the Chair at the Mercury Theatre Colchester.
