Daily updates with Production, Planning, Quality, IC (Industrial Chemist) and Packaging teams - Implementing new technologies to machinery to increase capability for current and future projects - Working on continuous improvement with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) - Building relationships with suppliers (UK & Europe) and preparing the CPS (Critical Path Scheduling) to ensure project kept on schedule. - Host engineers and site contractors from suppliers/OEM- Re-Programming of 6-Axis ABB robots after relocation- Carried out Factory Acceptance Tests & Site Acceptance Tests for new equipment • Outcome- Relocation and Commissioning of production lines and machinery from other COTY sites to Ashford (June 2018 – Today)- Manufacturing Transfer from Ireland to UK for P&G colour cosmetics brands that have been purchased by COTY (June 2017 – May 2018)• Achievements- Project delivered on time to keep up with market demand and on budget- 650 Product Variations transferred to Ashford and running full production in under 12months across 4 value streams
