Master Thesis: Sustainability within Self-service technologiesEmpirically investigated the effects of sustainable self-service technologies on customer satisfaction, loyalty and corporate image. A structural equation model was developed through a literature review and conducted interviews. The model was tested by using data of an experimental survey which was conducted at Parktheater Eindhoven. Deliverables: Providing both theoretical and managerial implications.

Graduation research: Investigated how Mens-Zeist could generate more ‘’one on one’’ projects with her clients. Through interviewing key clients I gained insights into their current procurement procedures and policies. Deliverables: Advisory rapport containing a strategic plan to meet customer demands.

Mainly active with the following project: The renovation and expansion of Kringloopcentrum Spullenhulp Soest. The expansion is executed conforming the Cradle to Cradle principle. It was an example project for the Province of Utrecht and was rewarded for its sustainability. The building is now a zero-energy building of which the consumption of energy is even lower than the amount of energy it creates on site. Responsibilities: Project monitoring during the execution of the project. Mainly developing details and controlling the quality level of the project and its applied solutions.
