His corporate experience has strengthened his ability to create systems and processes that ensure control through risk identification, risk tolerance, risk retention and risk transfer. Yet his entrepreneurial experience has taught him the importance of speed and of dealing with uncertainty.Bob leans on a wealth of experience in the insurance world where he has served as a certified Property & Casualty claim adjuster for a global insurance provider, holding licenses in 48 states, managing claims from first-party property to third-party litigated and non-litigated, bodily injury and property damage. Approaching his career as a ‘lifelong learner’, Bob also served as a market research analyst working with underwriting and actuary to further his understanding of the industry before serving as a broker where he enjoyed working with clients that understood and appreciated the value enterprise risk management brought to their organization(s). This well-rounded experience has led Bob to a career in consulting since 2017.Specialties include: Enterprise Risk Management including strategic, operational, financial, legal, regulatory and reputational risk.
