On returning to Australia I accepted a role with the Engineering teams that support Zendesk’s SaaS foundation. The role includes a broad strategy and improvement mandate (re: agile discipline, prioritization/planning, cross-functional coordination etc) plus technical program management for high-risk improvements to the Zendesk product.

As a Principal I directed some of Zendesk's most complex and sensitive changes within the go-to-market org. My work delivered fundamental global changes to how Zendesk supports major customers, with a view to driving Enterprise revenue growth over the medium term.
