• Implemented automated process to update stops and flags and add the expiration dates only where applicable into MSP via SQL which improved efficiency of the process by more than 80%. Roughly four hours down to ten minutes.• Built a large portfolio of control queries to eliminate any potential errors in the outbound process before they occur. I then built these queries out into Power BI to give team members simple user-friendly access to them.• Developed and implemented the “VBA Excel File Report Splitter.” This macro will split out any excel file via the criteria in the specific column specified. This allows any user to parse excel files by cell value in a specific column in seconds rather than hours. This macro is used daily and saves me roughly two hours per day.• Created several XLSM templates to be merged onto excel checklists. These function as excel-to-excel mail merges and save several employees on the escrow side several hours per checklist.• Updated our department “Python Text File Report Splitter” to give dynamic user desktop functionality, dynamic file naming and dating functionality, and increased its daily run time efficiency from two hours down to 10 minutes.• Responsible for QA of all outgoing transfers via review of transfer package (report ordering scheduling planner) preliminary, day 1, and day 2 report sets. With the process and reporting I developed and manage for our report ordering scheduling, and timing. We stay far ahead of preliminary reporting for QC purposes. Also, we can easily and promptly make changes to preliminary, or final dates at any point during the process in one place on the template and the new order dates for each individual report set will reflect throughout all of the transfer package.

• Created a multitude of automation macros via VBA for several processes to accomplish goals such as: automatically sort and separate all unique items in a column into separate excel documents based on each cell value (report splitting), dynamically adds rows in dynamic locations based on symbols used in a designated column as separators between identifier numbers, Excel to Excel mail merge functionality, automatic VLookup and Index Matching, and many more. Due to these macros, we were able to take our month-end process from a six full day process that included mandatory overtime (4 FTE), to a three day, at worst four-day process that eliminated the need for any overtime (4 FTE).• Developed and implemented a batch file that exported our files monthly to each client’s SFT folder to be viewed and utilized by our clients and improved efficiency by more than 70%. Roughly 3 hours per employee with 4 active employees working the process down to 10 – 15 minutes depending on server load at the time of execution.• Performed all standard duties of a staff accountant on the client billing team: wire transfers, ACH drafts, client reporting.

• Developed and implemented the eNote reconciliation procedure and reconciliation macro (utilizing VBA) for the company that they still use to this day. Since its creation six of the company’s clients have joined the eNote program. This macro was able to overcome several shortcomings of the eVault provider itself through the use of dynamic lookup functionality between the eRegistry, eVault, and the data stored on MSP.• Developed and implemented VBA macros that automatically repair and format corrupt files back into working excel files ready to be viewed and utilized.• Responsible for scheduling and creating advanced passports in order to pull back mass data with several different criterial dependencies utilizing the industry standard, MSP system, and automatically execute on set intervals.• Create and utilize pivot tables on a daily basis in Excel.
