I'm the Product Development Lead for Children's and RAS Algorithms Coordinator at Imosphere, a company which specialises in the development of assessment tools and software for Health & Social Care. In this role I support local authorities across the country with the implementation of assessment tools, resource allocation systems and reporting tools. I manage projects in both adult and children's social care, and am skilled in developing strong customer relationships. As a member of the Social Care Integrated solutions team, I have been involved in several exciting developments including the fully Care Act (2014) compliant assessment tool kits for adult social care, as well as working to develop a resource allocation system to support Children's personal budgets in Education, Health and Social Care. I'm passionate about my work and whilst I enjoy all aspects of my job, I find the work developing the Children's solution particularly rewarding. Working collaboratively with the customers to identify their needs for the resource allocation system, I particularly enjoy working closely with my team to develop a solution which has the potential to benefit families across the country. I have a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, and developed advanced statistical skills and research skills as part of this course.I'm always interested in hearing from former colleagues, or other project managers, so feel free to contact me if you'd like to connect.
