Hello, I am a customer-service-driven, loyal, hardworking, self-motivated leader with various experiences. I am a strong communicator and have always enjoyed my relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers. Over the years, I have worked worldwide in many environments, from new large-scale construction projects to standing in on surgery for customer support. I have had the privilege of working with many types of people throughout my travels and am excited to work with a new team. I am a person who is always looking to improve for myself and my family, the customer, and the company. In 2005 I was given the opportunity, through a family friend, to Integrate Operating Room suites in hospitals. Naturally, I jumped at the chance. I interviewed and got the job. Eighteen years later, I'm at a new company but accomplishing the same goal, creating a safer and more efficient work environment for surgery staff. I was hired into this business (OR Integration) for my mechanical aptitude. I started as an installer hanging ceiling-mounted booms and quickly learned the Video Integration side. After a year, I lead technicians on large-scale projects across the US and Canada. I have learned many different skills, from Project Management, Engineering techniques, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, and business planning, by learning from the people around me and taking online courses. As a result, I’ve been able to fill many roles. In my most recent role, directing day-to-day operations, I work in every aspect of the company. From developing products with engineering (AV and mechanical), providing sales support to a nationwide team of distributors, and overseeing manufacturing and installation processes while improving an already robust QMS per ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines.
