For this organization, I began working directly under the Executive Director as a Research assistant. Just recently I was promoted to the position, Director of Operations for the Wisconsin office. My responsibilities are to manage payroll, prepare monthly program-specific cash flow reports, develop and oversee office administrative systems such as creating data logs for daily work reports, help the director cut cost and improve efficiency of the office, and also volunteer coordination. A long with these duties my daily responsibilities are to actively engage with our field staff and at times go into the field to canvas.

Primary responsibilities are to facilitate group therapy sessions for individuals convicted and or accused of Domestic Violence. This job also entails a large amount of case management.

Started in 2010 as an assistant Junior Varsity coach, and in 2011 was asked to become the head Junior Varsity coach. As of March 2011 I will be the Assistant Varsity coach for the girls and boys teams.

For this organization my role was an Assistant project coordinator for a cigarette-tobacco related research project in the 53212 zip code in Milwaukee, WI, known as the Zip Code Project. Funded by the UW School of Medicine, and a collaboration project of three organizations (UW-Center for Tobacco Research and Intervention, Salvation Army, St. Vincent De Paul Society). Responsibilities are as followed; I was responsible for the recruitment and training of the surveyor position candidates. Responsible for the supervision of surveyors as they did the door-to-door survey, at the beginning stages of the project. Responsible for some event planning also helped create several advertisement campaigns for tobacco danger awareness. Responsible for overseeing Community Advocating phase of project; collaborating with community agencies, recruiting individuals for advocate positions, and presentations to community agencies staff/clients. Data entry. Responsible for class facilitation, (American Lung Associations Freedom from Smoking curriculum). Responsible for recruitment of individuals in class.
