As the first line of contact with customers, it is my responsibility to assist the customer in finding the right clothing and shoes for every occasion and purpose. From job interviews, to weddings, and award ceremonies, I take pride in making sure the customer has a positive experience and finds exactly what they are looking for. It is also my responsibility to maintain singles and cut down on shrinkage in my department.

As an Intern, I worked hands on with my manager and other interns to learn about the fashion and business of Nordstrom. I was able to really interact with customers and deal with real issues while also learning how to sell and what other opportunities Nordstrom offered.
