Full bar set up and close, including but not limited to money, register and credit card reconciliation, staff payments, and all necessary close out with liquor, patrons, and staff. * Managed, scheduled and trained staff to work with all types of patrons with respect and honesty. In addition, all staffing needs or bar needs were handled efficiently and quickly to meet the patrons needs.* All daily deposits, reconciliation and drink/liquor orders were handled directly by me.* Strong knowledge of correct mixtures and proportions to prepare all beverages to meet cocktail waitress and patrons needs.* Management of all catered and outside events including bar, drinks, staffing, and all necessary set up to meet the needs of the event, benefit, or showcase with little or no supervision. * Overall, I was responsible for entire bar to run efficiently with all liquor and drink inventory, full financial accountability with register and tabs, and all patrons were handled with excellent customer service.
