Created and documented procedures for collection and data and input into the system. Managed, Coordinated with and Conducted training for other divisions in the use of the system. Directly Managed 5 technical employees, including training, hiring, firing and disciplinary actions. In addition to my duties I Created a new department within the North Slope Borough that reduced costs by creating in house Street signs, wall plaques, vehicle labeling, awards, banners, and name plates Utilizing a vinyl printer/cutter and a CNC mill. Used AutoCAD software, Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop and Artcam.

Managed three employees, Taught them how to install Auto Starts and Stereo systems as well as custom interior design for vehicle, dealt with public on a daily basis, Installed and configured Auto starts and Stereo systems, kept track of inventory and ensured installations were done in a timely manner to the customer's satisfaction. Business was closed due to family issues.
